Chief Marketing Officer

Your mission

We are looking for a VP of Marketing who will be instrumental in driving the growth of our business. Sitting on the executive team, you'll be there to set the overall marketing strategy and help us achieve our ambitious growth plans by creating and implementing a high growth marketing plan.

Grow the number of generated qualified B2B leads from our target audience
Improve our brand to become the leader in our space
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and optimal resource allocation
Lead the team and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for innovation to ensure a competitive edge
Enhance and maintain the company's brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels
Implement strategies to increase brand awareness globally
Drive lead generation efforts through various channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and partnerships
Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead-to-conversion processes
Oversee the creation of compelling and relevant content to engage target audiences
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

Your profile

Proven experience as a senior marketing leader in the technology services industry
Strong understanding of the tech outstaffing landscape and B2B marketing
Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
