Sales Representative (London-based)

Your mission
  • Prospect and generate leads for new business opportunities in the UK market
  • Qualify and nurture leads through the sales funnel
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Track and report on sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activities.
Your profile
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within Recruiting or Outsourcing space
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
