Your mission
We are looking for a Sales Executive with about 10 years of experience in SaaS/technology sales and a proven record of growing businesses in revenues as well as volumes in the recruitment industry.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new sales strategies, supervising teams and the portfolio of clients, coordinating with the Demand and Talent team, as well as giving active inputs to the product development team.
Your responsibilities will include:- Setting sales goals and quotas, manage execution and delivery
- Producing annual, semi-annual and monthly sales forecasts and reports
- Researching the market and competitors
- Training, mentoring and motivating the sales team
- Collaborating with the marketing and demand gen department to develop effective promotional materials
- Creating technical specifications for Platform to support sales activities
- Collaborating across teams to reach the company goals.
