Your mission

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic SEO Intern to join our team. As an SEO Intern at Index.dev, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our experienced SEO professionals and learn the intricacies of search engine optimization. This work experience position offers valuable hands-on experience in the field of digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Foundational Link Building: Assist in developing and implementing link-building strategies to improve our website's authority and ranking.
• Community Posting: Engage with online communities and forums to promote our content and services.
• Bookmarking: Utilize social bookmarking sites to increase the visibility and reach of our content.
• Directory Link Building: Identify and submit our website to relevant directories to enhance our online presence.
• Prospect Hunting: Research and identify potential link-building opportunities and partnerships.

Your profile

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Passion for SEO: Demonstrated interest in search engine optimization and digital marketing.
• Basic Knowledge of SEO: Understanding of SEO principles and practices.
• Research Skills: Strong research skills and the ability to identify valuable link-building opportunities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) is a plus.
• Previous experience with link-building or digital marketing internships.
• Active participation in online communities or forums related to digital marketing.
