Your mission
- Campaign Management: Design outreach B2B campaigns based on the company’s goal, our target audience and ideal client profile, with the goal of generating meetings for our sales pipeline to convert into customers
- Email Automation: Implement and manage email automation workflows, reply to emails, handle objections, manage lead nurturing sequences and drip campaigns to enhance customer engagement and guide leads through the sales funnel
- Setting Appointments: Arrange meetings or calls between qualified leads and sales representatives
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in CRM systems
- A/B Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, and other elements to continually improve email performance and increase open and reply-rates
- Content Creation: Create engaging and personalized email content, optimize the scripts to ensure campaign efficiency and effectiveness
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Provide regular reports on key emailing metrics, offering valuable insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all email marketing activities comply with relevant regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and follow industry best practices. Monitor deliverability and demonstrate a deep understanding of how to avoid getting emails flagged as spam
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with email marketing trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
