Your mission
As a Sales Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new sales strategies, supervising teams and the portfolio of clients, coordinating with the Demand and Talent team, as well as giving active inputs to the product development team.
Your responsibilities will include:Proactively identify, research, and reach out to target accounts, using CRM.
Qualify leads through discovery calls and understanding business needs and budgets
Tailor presentations to demonstrate value based on customer pain points.
Act as a consultant—understand the client’s technical and business challenges to position the right solution.
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with client goals and company margins.
Coordinate with the internal Talent team for maintaining the SLAs in providing suitable candidates for the clients opportunities
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
Serve as the main point of contact to ensure satisfaction, drive renewals, and upsell opportunities.
Coordinate with talent delivery teams to ensure accurate and seamless onboarding.
Communicate client feedback and align expectations between teams.
Provide insights to sales leadership for strategy and growth planning.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and evolving client needs.
Continuously update sales techniques, product knowledge, and market understanding to remain competitive.
